In 2018, I worked with PKC, a California-based software & cybersecurity agency, to redesign their visual brand and build a new marketing website from scratch. The design brief from PKC was to create an academic and trustworthy brand that’s not stodgy or bland. I found inspiration in something that had been sitting in my living room for years: a simple, geometric puzzle that dates back to ancient China, the tangram.
